Returns and Exchanges:

Time Frame: You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product you purchased must be unused or have been used up to a maximum of 3ml. Additionally, the product must be in its original packaging and in the exact same condition as when it was received.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. 

Returned products should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit, we highly recommend making videos or taking some pictures properly for the evidence.

Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

If the product is approved for return, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit, based on the specific circumstances.

Refunds:

While we strive to offer exchanges for all eligible cases, there might be instances where an identical replacement product is not available due to stock limitations. Defective or Incorrect Items:

We will provide a prepaid return label, and a replacement will be sent once the defective or incorrect item is received.
